SATURDAY, JULY 28
When you arrive in New York City, you’ll meet your Academic Travel tour operator at baggage claim to board the motorcoach to the newly renovated Milford Plaza Hotel. Once at the hotel, you’ll receive your packet with show tickets, schedule and admission tickets. You can enjoy your afternoon free to explorer Times Square & New York City via a Hop-on, Hop-off Double Decker Bus Tour.
Dinner is on your own this evening.
Admission tonight is provided to the “Top of the Rock” Observation deck in Rockefeller Center to see the lights of NYC come alive.
SUNDAY, JULY 29
Breakfast is on your own today.
Explore NYC at your leisure via the double decker bus. Return to your hotel to get ready for tonight’s VIP Event! The motorcoach will depart at 6:00pm from the hotel for the Dance the Magic VIP Dinner Dance Cruise on New York Harbor. During the cruise you will see the majestic Statue of Liberty and the breathtaking views of the city lights of Manhattan. Dance the night away while enjoying the high life aboard our own private yacht!
MONDAY, JULY 30
Enjoy a hot breakfast buffet hosted by Planet Hollywood. Performers will then participate in Disney & Broadway workshops!

TUESDAY, JULY 31
Today’s hot buffet breakfast is hosted by Hard Rock Cafe. Then it’s time shine in the DANCE THE MAGIC ON BROADWAY Showcase at the New Amsterdam Theatre on 42nd Street, home to the hit Broadway Musical, MARY POPPINS!
Dinner is provided at Bowlmor in Times Square. After dinner, we will continue our VIP-NYC experience with orchestra seats to see Mary Poppins!
WEDNESDAY, AUGUST 1
Breakfast is on your own. After a fun-filled VIP-NYC experience, you’ll check out of the hotel and depart for the airport via motorcoach.
